TRAINING OUTDOOR
The news of 2022: FUNCTIONAL and CALISTHENICS, two training sessions able to train mind and body.
FUNCTIONAL
It is a metabolic workout that alternates high-intensity exercises such as sprinting with low-intensity exercises such as walking at a leisurely pace.
A functional bodyweight course with the use of small tools such as a kettlebel, ball or trx.
The training session lasts 50 ‘and consists of a warm-up phase, the daily workout and the cool-down phase.
The training can be adapted to anyone, from beginners to the most advanced.
For our guests there is the opportunity to participate at this training for free!
CALISTHENICS
It is a body workout that focuses on the parallel development of mobility, strength, stability and more complex motor patterns, through specific exercises with progressions in a safe way in order to prevent injuries.
Also in this case there is no need for special equipment to be carried out, in fact it can be practiced with the aid of relatively simple tools, such as bars, parallels and rings.
The session lasts 90 minutes and will begin by evaluating the current level of the person, thus creating a workout training for that person.
